My boss and his wife are 3/4 of the way through their paperwork and their home study is only half complete. Now I hear that Guatemala is in the mist of changing somethings that may mess them up with their adoption.

Anyone know what's going on right now. Are they in the mist of changing the laws?

My sister is in the process of adopting from Vietnam, so I'm not keeping up with any of the other countries.
