Are you still around? I found this thread and thought I would check in and see how you were doing. We (in MO) were recently matched with a now 13 y/o young lady from OK and we are currently visiting her and waiting for the ICPC paperwork to be completed. I just found this website for anyone that might be interested, it even gives ICPC contact info for each state.

We're trying to find out as much as we can about ICPC and what needs to happen so we can get her home with us. We have to drive almost 8 hours one way to see her, so bringing her back here with us would be impossible because we can't get off work more than a 3 day weekend. I think we'll maybe pick her up and stay at a hotel or resort or something if nothing else. Just seeing her for a day and having to return her to the Fosterhome is hard.
We'll see, any ideas from anyone would be much appreciated to expedite this process.
