no , no disability, I'am her chikdrens cousin on their fathers side , but the kids have always called me grandma and the state of missouri now has the children and for me to be able to get them i need to be her mother so , iam needing paper work for adoption, and the state will not give it to us they keep telling us to get an attorney.
