Adoption in Indiana

Does anyone have expierence with adoption in Indiana? My husband and I are playing with the idea, we just dont know when the right time will be. We have 2 wonderful bio children, and feel the need to expand our family thru adoption. We would also like to know how to locate private foster care agencies. Any comments would be welcome!
