I throwing an "open House toddler shower" for her - where everyone can just come as they wish between certain hours and meet the kids and visit with my sister. It will not be as formal as most showers, but that way the kids will be more relaxed.
Check out adoptionbabyshowers.com for ideas.. Also, I found several really neat Russian adoption things at Adoptshoppe.com - check out their Lifebooks - the Russian version - expensive, but compared to the other ones I've seen, it looks worth it.
