Celebrate Children International - CCI
Hello,
I am fairly new to the board. My husband and I plan to adopt a baby boy from Guatemala. We have been researching agencies for the past couple months. We are leaning toward "Celebrate Children International" in Florida.
If you have had contact with "CCI", would you recommend this agency?? Any information, both positive and negative, would be greatly appreciated. Also if you can give me your timelines, it would help very much.
