My husband and I are considering adopting a child/children from Ethiopia -- we have learned through some reearch that Ethiopia seems to be the most stable African country for adoption. I would love to hear from some of you that have already adopted from there, or any other African countries. We have 5 children, 3 bio daughters, and 2 African American sons that we adopted domestically.
I have contacted some agencies via email about there programs, but I have heard nothing back from them.
What agenicies did you use? How long was your wait once you were matched with a child? How much did it cost? WE would love to adopt and infant and an older child -- is that possible to do at the same time? I'm just having such a difficult time getting any info -- I'd love to hear from you all. Thanks so much!!!!
