Length requirement for new marriage?

I have been researching Indiana code and can find nothing on this.
Also, Indiana code states that when the child is over 2 yrs. old the court can order postadoption visitation priveleges to the biological father. (He does currently visit.) Does anyone know if this is ever done over the objection of the custodial/adoptive parents?
Thanks for any help!
