We are just beginning the search in earnest. I am doing most of the work for my husband. One of our sons was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and we want to find out medical history as well as normal curiosity. My husband's parents have both passed away and now he feels he can pursue this. Where did you start and how did you petition the judge?
