From looking at GCBC to Pink is looks between 3-10 days. It really depends on the lawyer getting the passport done quickly, translating a couple of documents and then submitting everything to the Embassy. Once the embassy has the paperwork they seem to be really good with the 48 hour turn-around time for PINK or I-72(more documents needed)
It appears to be a very good chance you could travel next weekend. But I would be in touch with your agency and ask when all the paperwork will be submitted that might help you decide.
