I am going to PM you the name of our agency and their website where they list their fees. They seem to be slightly lower than some of the others. We are also adopting a toddler. He is 2 and 1/2 now. Our agency's program is new (we are the first family) but they are not new to adoption having done adoptions in Russia for years. They have also done mission work in Guatemala for a number of years.
