Has anyone recently adopted from Missouri? Around the St. Charles/St. Louis area? We live in WA and may adopt a baby from Missouri but have heard that the baby is placed in foster care after birth. Is this true, if so, for how long? And how long does the birthparents have to change their mind? Is it once it's signed its irravocable or do they have the 30 days? Any info would be great.
