How sad! Make sure the cw documents this in the child's record.
You'll need to be ringing somebody's phone off the hook to get help! Call you pediatrician and see if they'll see him and help get you in with a ped dentist. If you have to, take him to th ER. There's no sense in this child suffering!
If you can, don't put him to bed with a bottle...that can only make things worse.
