So glad you are the next step forward. I also think you need not worry about the publication. It's just a CYA thing.
Also, she doesn't need the publication to notify her of her children's state, she knows they are in the state's custody, knows the cw etc.... has her own atty etc...All she has to do is pick up the phone if she wants to learn more about them.
I think you're smooth sailing from here, but understand your concern, it's not over till it's over.
