How do you get an Order of Protection....long story, but I am in desperate need of one against our birthmom because of harassement and threatening our family and threatening to abduct our daughter. However, when I have tried to get the Order they tell me that I do not have the right 'relationship' with her...we would have to be boy/girl friend, husband/wife, etc. So please tell me how in the world that I can get one....I am desperate and scared at this point.
