I do not foster, but was reading this thread. And I thought of something. I belong to a group called freecycle. The basic premise is you don't need something anymore, you post to the list, and someone who does comes and get it. Or they post what they need.

Perhaps you can set up a special group - just for fostering parents (or people who want to help fostering parents, like me). Then you can trade between yourselves.
