I got the letter today stating since my son from Missouri is not title IV-E they will be reviewing my income to see if we are still qualified for subsidy.....they also took away day care for children over 5...

I don't know why he isn't IV-E since he and he b-mom were recieving TANIF when he came into care and he is high special needs....so that is one thing I can probably work with....

it says to refere to a certain new law and when I looked it up is was reading 200% poverty level, which would be about $38,000 for a family of 4, so there is a chance next year we won't get it...

I heard a few years ago Oregon lowered all their foster care and adoption sub rates also....so I guess they can do this anywhere...
