Tibetan Adoption
If I were interested in adopting a Tibetan child would I need to go through Chinese adoption agencies and laws or can I go directly through Tibet? Would it depend on the region of Tibet? I was also wondering if you knew of any organizations I could contact to find out more. Thank you.
