Bumping this up again.
I think the complete name of the agency is CASI Foundation for Children and they are based out of Boise, Idaho. If anyone knows of someone or has used them personally, I would love to hear about it. Their fees were closer in our budget and so far they seemed really nice and have answered any questions I have had quickly and thoroughly.
