I just got mine in the mail yesterday.
We live in MA I submitted app. the end of Feb.
and got fingerprinted on March 16th.
So about 2 months.
It did arrive regular mail.
We also had to wait for INS. The wait is hard.

Court date Dec 20, 2005
Court date canceled Dec quota met
New Court date scheduled for Jan 23 2006!
