Hi,

I live in NC and I am brand new to all of this! We are intrerested in adopting an infant through a semi-open (agency mediated) arrangement in NC, and we would love some recommendations/input from others. We are scared to face the complexity of this process without an agency, but we do not want to wait 2+ years for a placement. Any recommendations/warnings?
