We are in process and I want to start number 2. Our 171h approval says approved for 2. Our hs approved us for 2 under 18 months. I don't want my fingerprints to expire. We just received our 171h in feb. Whats the problem?

Agency mentioned calling <ins and asking them to keep file open! How do I do that and if we get moving the file won't be closed.
