hi guys,
your posts struck a cord with me. I am not an adoptee, but I had fantasy parents too. mine were saudis who send me to study american culture and they would retrieve me when I became an adult. so here I am at age 43, still waiting.
at times of major stress as a kid this was a great fantasy to hang on to:-).

-just connected with bdad!!! 2/9/05
-visited bfamilies for a week, awesome trip 6/05
-bfather signed legally binding open adoption
agreement 7/05
-finalized (woohoo!) 18th of November 2005
-Thinking about adoption #2!
