[Punkyboo]

I work for a small family business and from the day I started there, I was constantly asked if we were going to have kids in front of basically the entire staff. I always said, "that will come in time" but of course, when nothing was happening and now I am 39, I wonder what they think now...they finally stopped asking. My direct boss and a couple of my confidantes there know that we are adopting, but other than that, I am not making any announcements until we know something for sure.
I also have a Latin temper (half Mexican) and believe me, it's not always been easy to keep my cool...
