I'm sure this has been covered before, but I want someone to put my mind at ease.

My husband and I have been together for almost 9 years and we have been married for almost 6. So we have been getting this question forever and I generally just say that we aren't ready yet, or when the time is right or whatever, but last night this women that I barely know asked me "So when are you and Jamey going to have kids?". It was an innocent question that people ask all the time. But for whatever reason I wanted to say, "How dare you ask such a personal question!!! Do you want me to give you a specific date? How about 1/15/06 at 3:15pm? Is that okay for you?" I did catch myself before I said anything ugly and kindly responded that we are living in God's time and he we tell us when it is time for a family.

Were any of you super sensitive during this time?
