If your true intent is to be respectful of the birthmother, then you should talk to her about it and she how she feels.

Keep in mind; you aren’t limited to one first name, one middle name and one last name…having said that…maybe there is a combination of both his birth name and the name that you have chosen, that you can all agree on.

My son has two middle names, simple because I was indecisive about which one I liked better…
