Do you know if the Kenneth Collins in Wagoner, OK is about 55 years old? I will be traveling back to OK this week and will be less than half hour away from Wagoner!!!
Also, there may be some Missouri Connections aswell.
His Uncle may have moved to Joplin in the early 70s.
