Improvement ...
The lack of response may be due to "improvement" not being the key word ... most parents with a child who has been sexually abused and is sexually acting out learn to adapt their lifestyles putting safety precautions into place for the subject child and those she/he interacts with thus providing a "change" vs. "improvement".
Also - puberty often produces a major regression in children who have this experience and therefore when parents things they have made great strides in progress they are greeted with what comes across as major regression ... very difficult to get through. Hoping some of these folks will share their wisdom with you - it will help!
