Hi,
No CS doesn't have specific day cares for foster-to-adopt children. You can pretty much enroll a child in any day care that has space available. The most difficult thing you will find is getting all the necessary paperwork together so the child CAN be enrolled. It takes a few days to a month to get vaccination records and the child can't attend a daycare without them.
Your best bet would be to speak with the agency and see if they have a list of childcare/respite providers and get that list. The people on that list are other foster parents who are probably more understanding of emergency placement situations.
