Is there an Agency that allows you to be Gender Specific?
Are there any private agencies (besides Bethany) in NC that allow you to be gender specific in your request for an AA infant? We are an AA family living in MD and we're looking to adopt an AA infant (boy). We currently have two bio daughters.
