You would only need to look into hiring a firm like AS if you are using a terrible agency and not getting answers from them..or..if your adoption has gone on for a long time (such as over 8 months) and you feel that you are not being told the truth etc...it is not for routine adoptions with honest and ethical agencies. The fee's are not inexpensive..but in our case our phone calls were not returned for 8 months from our agency and we had no idea where our adoption process was...
