Wanting help with OH B-Index info

No SEARCH ANGEL will send the whole OH BIRTH INDEX to anyone. They would be sending 30 years of original births and 30 years of amended names. So that doesn't happen.
They might send a list of the births for the DOB and POB and that is all.
Is there a way someone could send me a partial list of those born on 03/09/1964 in Cincinnati Ohio? My mother was single at the time and was originally from Ky. Thanks in advance, TLSammons
