Foster adoption
Hi all
I Live in Virginia Beach, I am starting my foster parenting training tomorrow through Virginia Beach social services. Do I have to go through another agency or additional training to become a foster adopt parent or are they the same thing?
If I become a foster parent to a child, who's parents terminate their rights will I have a chance to adopt that child?
I am also looking in to fostering/adopting special needs children and I would be interested in hearing from others who have done so.
