Thanks for the reply. Yes, Mom is angry, she doesnt belive her daughter about the sexual abuse. And she feels that she is being rewarded by lieing about it by getting to live at my house. When she had her visted yesturday the cw wanted us to all to sit down and explain to us what was going to happen next week. My niece will being having a pshyc evel. Well mom was sobbing and very upset, we grabbed hands then when cw was done we grabbed each other and hugged and kissed. I told her to hang in there and that we love her. I feel like this case worker is trying to build a wedge between us, which is unfortanite for my niece. Mom also has expressed not wanting my niece back. I am hoping that we can gaurdingship and not deal with caseworker any more and work this out with in the family. I am working on getting docatation of untreated infections, but I cant get into the denist til May, but I know mom cant prove that she has ever been to a denist. This poor child has been threw so much, I just hate seeing this cw make it worse. in all the years I have been doing this I have never experinced a worker like this, hopfully she will go away soon before she trys to disrupt my niece's life even more.
