I don't think you are crazy at all!!! We had 2 birth children and adopted 7 (more)

Then the following summer - about 5 months after the teenager came to live with us we took placement of a pair of 11 day african american twins that were 7 weeks premature and drug exposed. And then a year later than that we took two little girls close to my birth daughters age.

&n bsp; 10 (birth son)
&n bsp; 9 (adopted daughter)
&n bsp; 8 (adopted daughter)
&n bsp; 8 (adopted son)
&n bsp; 6 (birth daughter)
&n bsp;2 & 2 (adopted twin girls)
So - no we never intended to have 9 kids! And yes people definitely have thought we were crazy! Both at the time and now! But we love it!!
