Well Guys DCS has failed me again !!!!!!!!!!!!! said that there is nothing they can do............no proof of abuse. Now the mother is being arrested today and her boyfriends mother will have Autumn . Hoping MAYBE!!!! that they will step in at this point. Mother has 3 driving on suspended charges and 3 failure to appears. Her bonds are set at $500.00, $400.00, and $350.00. When she goes to jail she will be there awhile. She doesnt ahve the money to get out. And nobody to get her out !!!!! Now what will happen to Autumn I dont know. They said if mother makes arrangements for Autumn then they cant very well do anything unless its not a good enviroment. SO PULLING MY FREAKIN HAIR OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought her going to jail was the answer guess I was wrong. If this doesnt work next week I am going to file a full blown Petion for custody !!!!!!!!! And I will not stop till I win !!!!!!!
