We are adopting siblings. We applied for 2 children on the I600A, so the additional fees do not apply for us there, just double the visa fee of $380. The agency waived the second fee since it is one case. If we adopted 2 unrelated children, it would be 2 agency fees. The attorney is charging us for one case plus fixed expenses, but we had to push for that prior to accepting the referral. DNA was $675 ($225/person).
Costs for siblings are agency and attorney dependent. If you are seriously considering siblings, do your research.
