I think the typical case is no discount on attorney fee, no discount on Visa, I600A, or DNA. There may be up to 50% discount on the agency fee portion.
So...if you are lucky enough to travel just one time (some cases of siblings do not finish at the same time) then you will save on travel expense and on home study.
