I'm currently in the process of adopting a 10 y/o boy. We are getting ready to sign the subsidy agreement. I have a question for everyone.
I have a new caseworker. Because of all of the confusion of the caseworker learning the ropes and all, our case kind of got lost in the shuffle. Now there has been a pretty big delay in our getting the subsidy agreement submited
and we are not recieving financial help. I want to get retroactive maintanance payments from the time I signed the paperwork. If cps had not dragged their feet so much we would have had this settled months ago. Do any of you know if AZ pays retroacive payments, and if so to what time frame?
