Hello! My husband & I (who have 2 bio daughters) have always wanted to adopt, and are starting to investigate a possibly eastern-european afoption. I just want to ask about everyone's gen experiences, how they financed (my hubby is a CA state employee, if that matters) and any hints, tips, expert advice for those of us who are just starting to think about this.
