Depends on if your agency is faith-based or faith-sponsored or not. Generally, though, even if you can work with a faith-based agency (some only accept people of their faith or who are practicing a related religion), it's not always considered a downfall if you do not practice.
Ours had no religious affiliation. Made zero impact. Ryan's bfamily are either nonpracticing something or Wiccans. They were actually happy we weren't overtly of any faith.
