By any chance did you let any one know at Dhs your interest in the child, I don't know why they let mom leave the hospital if she already had children placed in the system. I really don't know what to do in this case but keep in touch with county to see what they say. I guess for the most part hope mom gets caught so maybe she can get some help for her and the baby.
