I am from Louisiana. We are in the process of adopting 2 kids. William is 4 1/2 and Chyanne is 3. We have had the kids for a year now, with legal custody a year on March 8. We are basically waiting for the "day" to come so we can file. Also, we are trying to raise the money for the adoption.
