Hi, my name is Jackie and I am new here to this forum. I have been doing alot of reading of these posts trying to figure out how to go about finding my bmom. I must tell you it is overwhelming but I have a few questions if you have the time...I just picked this post to respond to bcz I see your name on here all the time, anyone can feel free to respond though, I will take all the guidance I can get. I am 32 yrs old, born in Akron, OH in 1972 (which I have to ask why that is a bad yr in reference to the birth index? ) and I was adopted from the Catholic Service League....how do I start this search??
