My daughter is almost 3 1/2. She has been with us since 15 minutes after birth. We only missed the birth because of traffic and a nurse held us up in the hospital. The birthmother immediately handed her to me and my husband. The birth father videotaped the whole thing.
Our daughter is everything to our family. Our only child. There are no words to express how blessed we feel. We hope she will never have major issues with her adoption. We plan on telling her the truth about why we feel she is with us. God's will.
We bless her birthparents often and she does know she is adopted.
