With Catholic Charities behaving like this, especially doctoring records and exhibiting deceptive practices, it sounds to me like a Class Action Lawsuit is very much what is needed.
Are there any attorneys in practice that are interested in initiating such a suit? Having been adopted through Catholic Charities and beginning my search for my roots all of this is very disconcerting to me. I would be interested (and very motivated) in being the lead plaintiff if I have any indication that they have doctored my records or are deceiving me.
