Hey guys !!
I did what I said earlier - "dusted off the treadmill" - did it for 20 minutes (have to start SLOW) - might as well have been 20 hours !! Felt like it anyway !!
NO snacking this afternoon, had angel hair spaghetti with marinara sauce (NOT out of a jar - too much extra stuff in jars !!) , a salad with red wine vinegar & olive oil, and a piece of garlic bread (made with whole wheat).
Day 1 - so far a success, but I have the whole evening to go !!!! May be back for support !!
Pie is "beckoning' me !! Please - tell it to quit "calling my name" !!!!!!!!!!!!
Got to get through to Day 2 !!!!!
