Spaypets,
My hubby joined WW and loved it. He shed the pounds and then put them back on when he slacked off. He is really good about writing everything down. I haven't tried that yet, but I will. It has been a little more difficult to figure out the points for certain things since I haven't been measuring either, so I guess that's something that I'm going to have to do. Also, in Indian dishes, what do you substitute for the butter and does it change the taste? I like that: "You bite it, you write it." Thanks.
Lucyjoy, you're right, the boys eat anything that isn't nailed down! The cake will be gone before I know it, probably tonight!
For me, I need to commit (and will begin) to work out at Curves at least 3 days per week, no matter what. Watch what I eat, commit to writing it down and counting up the points. I think I will also try to lift weights (I tried Body4Life 2 years ago) during my 2 hour break (rest time) and maybe add something more upbeat like TaeBo twice a week. OK, I accept the challenge and will write down my goals and get moving!!!! Thanks for the motivation everyone!
