Have you tried committing to writing down everything you eat? Just that simple action makes you more mindful of what you are putting in your mouth. If you bite it, write it.
Lucy, how do you feel about beans and lentils? Maybe getting an Indian cookbook? (you have to modify the recipes to make up for all that clarified butter, but the food tastes good).
