Good point, but I think many of us need to LOSE the pounds & then think about "maintaining".
I have a picture of myself on my fridge from about 15 years ago when I was at my ideal weight.
I look at it every time I go to "munch", and it does help me.
I agree that we do need to maintain, but for many of us we need to "get there" first - and I myself need the "help" & encouragement to do that before I worry about the "maintenance".
But thanks for the suggestion, for many it may work.
Just saying for me I have to "get there" first !!
